ygbet Terms & Conditions and Platform Usage Policy

From the moment a player accesses the ygbet platform (site: https://ygbet.im), they are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions and policies. These terms (Digital Terms of Service) constitute a legally binding agreement between ygbet and the player, and are written with the purpose of governing and managing all use of the platform.

In these terms, the words "ygbet", "we", and "platform" refer to the owner and service company of the ygbet site. The words "player" and "user" refer to any person who accesses and uses ygbet's services in any way.

ygbet reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. If a player continues to use the platform after any changes are published, they are considered to have accepted those changes.

To access and play on the ygbet platform, players must meet all of the following requirements—

• Must be 21 years of age or older. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to use this platform.
• Must confirm that they are accessing this platform of their own free will.
• The player must not have been previously banned by ygbet, or have self-excluded at their own request.
• All personal information provided must be accurate and up to date.
• Players must be able to confirm for themselves that they are legally permitted to use ygbet's services.

Each player may only open one account on ygbet. If it is found that a single person has opened more than one account, ygbet has the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any winnings.

3.1 Information Required at Registration

• Full legal name (as shown on national ID)
• A valid and active phone number or email address
• KBZPay / Wave Money / AYA Pay / CB Pay account number (for transfers)
• Declaration of no obligations or undisclosed income

3.2 Account Security Responsibilities

Players are responsible for keeping their login credentials (including password) secure. Any action taken from their account is considered the player's own responsibility. If unauthorised access to the account occurs, ygbet's customer service must be notified immediately.

ygbet supports a variety of payment methods to meet the needs of players in Myanmar. All deposit and withdrawal transactions must be carried out in accordance with the following policies—

4.1 Deposit Policy

• Deposits must be sent only from a payment account registered in the player's own name. ygbet does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Each deposit must be made only through ygbet's official payment service channels.
• If a deposit is unsuccessful, please contact ygbet's customer service with a screenshot of the transaction record.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

• When a withdrawal is requested, ygbet has the right to require the player to complete identity verification using their national ID card.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met (see Section 5).
• Withdrawal requests will be processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Players agree that processing may take longer due to data verification or technical issues.
• ygbet reserves the right to set amount limits and to carry out checks on large withdrawals.

ygbet offers welcome bonuses and promotional membership services for players. All bonuses can only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

When you make your first deposit at ygbet, you can receive a 200% welcome bonus of up to 300,000 Ks.

• The wagering requirement for the bonus amount is 10 times the bonus amount.
• Example 1 — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 40,000 Ks bonus and your account balance becomes 60,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 40,000 Ks × 10 = 400,000 Ks.
• Example 2 — If you deposit 320,000 Ks, you receive a 300,000 Ks bonus (maximum) and your account balance becomes 620,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 300,000 Ks × 10 = 3,000,000 Ks.
• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the bonus wagering requirement has been met.
• ygbet reserves the right to suspend or modify any bonus or promotion without prior notice.
• If any form of bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be voided.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts belonging to the same person is strictly prohibited.

5.3 VIP Program

ygbet's VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. As players continue to play actively on the platform, they move up the tiers and earn higher cashback rates—

• Bronze — up to 0.2% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.5% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 0.7% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 1.0% cashback per week
• Diamond — up to 1.2% cashback per week

All games on ygbet operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair play. When playing games on ygbet, players must follow the policies below—

• Betting limits and minimum / maximum bet amounts for each game can be checked on that game's screen.
• If your connection drops during a game, the result is determined solely by ygbet's server records.
• If a game is incomplete due to a technical fault, ygbet reserves the right to refund the amount.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• Football betting odds and restrictions must comply with ygbet's sportsbook policies.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ygbet platform. If a violation is found, ygbet reserves the right to close the account without prior notice and forfeit all funds in that account—

• Opening more than one account from a single person (multi-account)
• Playing in a way that guarantees a bonus outcome (bonus abuse)
• Exploiting software bugs or technical faults for personal gain
• Colluding with another party or engaging in arbitrage betting
• Playing using a bot or automated software
• Depositing third-party funds or attempting to conduct money laundering
• Attempting to resolve issues through outside means, bypassing ygbet staff
• Using the ygbet platform for any unlawful activity

• Player data is not sold to third parties.
• Only data that is strictly necessary for identity verification is collected.
• Players can review the data ygbet holds about them and request corrections.
• Data may be used to carry out anti-fraud checks.

ygbet reserves the right to suspend a player's account without prior notice based on the following reasons—

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Detection of bonus abuse or fraud
• Detection of money laundering or illegal payments
• Finding that the player is under 21 years of age
• A self-exclusion request made by the player

ygbet is not responsible for players' game outcomes, losses, or any financial losses arising from gameplay. Services provided by ygbet are offered "as-is", and ygbet does not accept liability for losses caused by the following—

• Money lost as a result of the player's own decisions
• Playing time lost due to internet connectivity issues
• Losses resulting from third-party data breaches (after ygbet's designated security measures have been carried out)
• Disruptions caused by Force Majeure (natural disasters, changes in law, or technical failures)

ygbet reserves the right to amend and publish these terms and conditions at any time. Once amendments are published on the platform, a player's continued access to and use of the platform will be considered acceptance of those amendments.

For significant amendments, ygbet will make reasonable efforts to notify players in advance through its communication channels. However, prior notification is not treated as a strict obligation before an amendment takes effect.
